Helping Independent Artists Become Producers

Do you know the frustration of trying to create high quality music while feeling stuck in your creative expression? Or lacking the funds to pay for quality producers over and over? Many artists default to paying what they can afford or try producing on their own with limited skills, resulting in low quality music that gets lost in an ocean of industry-competitive songs. This leaves them feeling overwhelmed because they are stuck depending on producers who have the skills to bring their songs to life. While it isn’t always a bad thing to hire producers, it can easily become a crutch that limits your voice from being more clearly expressed. Many artists get lost in an endless cycle of average music creation or give up on pursuing their dreams entirely.

In my own experience in the music industry, I’ve found that the best artists are also the best producers. Some examples of this in the music industry include people like Ryan Tedder, Charlie Puth, Pharrell Williams, Bruno Mars, Timbaland, Prince, and Justin Timberlake. These artists can finish a project all on their own without needing help from other producers or songwriters. Many supervisors in the music industry call this self-sufficient artist and producer a “100 Percenter.”

6-Month Mentorship

I’m now enrolling for my new mentorship where independent artists learn how to produce high quality music at an accelerated pace. Check out what’s included below.

My purpose is to be the guide and mentor in your journey. By the end of the program, my goal is for you to have the skills to confidently produce, edit, mix and master industry-standard music and never have to pay a producer again.

You will learn the mixing and editing techniques I’ve used on major label projects for Elevation Worship, Bethel Music, Brandon Lake, and more.

By investing in yourself, you will be able to pursue your dreams! This may mean creating additional streams of income by taking on your own production clients, building a song catalogue that will get noticed by music supervisors, pitching music for TV and film placements, or creating your next album instead of paying someone else thousands to do it for you.

Who is This Mentorship For?

Independent artists or producers who want to gain the skills to produce industry-standard music and seriously pursue their dreams. Whether you’ve been producing for years and need to get your mixes to a professional level, or you’ve never owned a vocal mic before, this mentorship can benefit you.

No production experience is needed, just a strong drive to learn and grow from professionals.

Pro Tools or Logic Pro required.

Why Should You Become a Producer?

  1. You get to maintain all or the majority of songwriting royalties yourself without having to split it with other writers and producers.

  2. You don’t have to wait on another producer to get the job done and see your vision come to life. This unlocks a creative flow at a deep, authentic level.

  3. You save thousands of dollars in production costs by becoming the producer.

  4. You unlock additional streams of income by taking on your own production clients, building a catalogue that will get noticed by music supervisors, and pitching music for TV and film placements. You can make $2000 per song on average (or more) for producing industry competitive songs for other artists. Some TV and film placements can make you over $50K for one song!

  5. You can build a network of great songwriters, producers, instrumentalists, and engineers to outsource to make the best songs in the least amount of time.
